Above and beyond 1980s flouncy power dress in a gorgeous emerald and orchid silk floral jacquard. The silhouette is so of-the-era with high drama, but also classically feminine. The nipped-in belted waist is balanced by the flowy double tiered skirt and large shoulderpads supporting the fluid dolman sleeves. By label St. Gillian Silks, made in Korea, circa 1980s.
