A total #polybutgreat dress! Vintage 70s feminine frock has a high collared bodice with cascading ruffles and decorative buttons, a nipped in waist and very flared skirt - with pockets. These dresses never have pockets! Gorgeous cobalt blue color with small diamond patterning that gives it a very modern feel. Slightly puffed shoulders with button closure cuffs, and simple sash tie at the waist to top it off.
