Art to wear vintage cotton sundress with rich hand painted design along the flared hemline featuring bright roses and olive foliage. The simple dress has a halter style neckline with cross back straps that button to the smocked back. The straps can also be unbuttoned and tied as a halter. No labels, probably homemade, circa 1970s.
