Vintage 90s high waist suspender dress has got it goin' on! Soft wool blend wiggle dress features a boxy plaid pattern in tomato red, navy blue and ivory. The skirt fits high on the waist and has placket covered buttons all the way down to a slit 14 1/2" from the hem. Adjustable suspenders can be worn lots of ways - criss cross, straight, hanging down from the waist or removed all together.
