Oh, hello there amazing print!! Incredible technicolor mini dress sporting an electric green, purple and saffron peacock feather design on a super fun jumper silhouette. Scooped front and back design has suspender style straps and an asymmetrical angular wrap closure with fabric covered buttons and flared overlap. Layer over a turtleneck, bandeau or buttondown! No labels, look handmade but well made, circa 1970s/80s, maybe later.
