Cheerful folk vest with a radiating floral embroidery scene in cherry red, kelly green, sunshine yellow and white scrolling border detail. All on a sturdy black wool with curly smoke gray wool trim. Wonderful design, and ideal layering silhouette. Label reads "Amalgamated Works for Folk Industrial Arts", made in the USSR, circa 1970s.
