The soft cotton weave is so light and soft, with a scrunched ruffle trim along the scooped neckline, single side pocket, and matching curved ruffle over the gathered voluminous hemline. The print is gorgeous, with tonal blue/purple reeds and pink irises floating about. By label Hilo Hatties of Hawaii, made in USA, circa 1970s/80s.
