This top is the best. Charming sweater with a cute baby blue, pink, and navy stripey scheme. Ribbed collar and a little tie neck- can be worn open as a v-neck or tied like a keyhole. Finished off with pink and beige striped ribbing on the hem and cuffs. From label Licorice, made in Korea, circa 1970s.
