Cutie flower power shorts with an ultra high waist and flared cut in crisp cotton. The bubbly flower pattern has a mix of poppy red, goldenrod and stark white on a navy blue base. These shorts look almost skirt like, but are shorts, yay! No labels, circa 1960s.
