Diane Freis serving 1980s peasant with this whimsical paisley print cotton dress, featuring a multi tiered skirt, double layer flutter sleeves and a notched neckline with signature tie tipped with painted wood beads. Gorge color combo with cobalt blue, burgundy red and saffron orange. Easy fit can work on a range of sizes with the wide smocked waistband and full hem.
