Prim and proper vintage silk dress with jaunty bow, banded puff sleeves and chunky textured buttons down the front. Very nicely made with full lining and hidden pockets at the sides. By label Talbots, made in Hong Kong, circa 1980s. Label "Petite Collection" but doesn't fit particularly petite..
