Metropolitan Bohemian Victorian vibes right here. Thick snow white lace knit skirt with small secure snaps down the middle and a lovely flare to there. The lace has a fluffy chenille like texture, and a nice amount of stretch to fit a range of sizes. From designer label Bettina Riedel, New York, circa 1980s/early 1990s.
